This symposium aims to provide an overview of new advances in methods for the preparation and analysis of cryo-TEM data, and of course, the contributions this makes to the quality of structures obtained at the atomic scale. For this purpose we want to bring together both developers and users of state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence methods for image analysis, different methods of 3D structure determination and molecular modelling as well as fitting in cryo-EM reconstructions. We will focus not only on large macromolecular complexes, but also on small molecules of all kinds (nucleic acids, proteins and hybrids).
Keywords: cryo TEM, atomic scale structures, artificial intelligence, image analysis, 3D structures, molecular modelling.
