Registration fees will be increased from May 30th, 2025

The registration fees include:

  • access to the conferences and the exhibition
  • coffee breaks
  • lunch breaks
  • welcome cocktail and catering during the poster session

Due to limited amount of participants for the pre-conference training workshops, early registration is recommended.

Information regarding the registration process (as soon as it opens) :

  1. Click on the “Register” link in front of the registration fee: you will be redirected to the SFµ online store managing all the registrations and memberships.
  2. Log in to your account. If you do not have an account yet, you can create one in a few clics.
  3. You can pay by:
  • card: for individual registrations, you can pay online and you will receive an immediate order confirmation.
  • check or bank transfer: for individual registrations you wil receive a pre-registration confirmation. Your registration will be confirmed as soon as your payment is received.
  • via a purchase order: please send your purchase order to the SFµ and you will receive a corresponding invoice. Each registered participant must have an account within the SFµ platform.
