Call for abstracts

We are delighted to inform you that the call for abstracts is now open!

  1. Prepare your abstract in advance, following the instructions to authors available below.
  2. Log in to the Sfµ Management System that allows members and non members to register and manage their membership.
  3. Once logged in, click on “Soumettre un résumé / Submit an abstract” to go to the submission form.

Important dates

November 1, 2024: opening of the call for papers
March 15, 2025: deadline for abstract submission
May 2, 2025: announcement of results

Instruction to authors

You will find below a link to the template to be used for abstract submission.
Abstracts can be written in English or French.
Your abstract must be attached to a specific session, to be indicated in the submission form (see session descriptions).
The file must be attached in Word format to your online submission.

The book of abstracts of accepted papers will be published in PDF format.
